Community Climate Action hubs of North East Scotland
Scotland currently has over 20 networks of regional community climate action hubs, two of which are located in North East Scotland. NESBiP is a member of both of them. Learn more about them and how you can get involved.
The network of regional community climate action hubs is being developed with support from the Scottish Government. The purpose of these hubs is to give a strategic regional approach to climate change. Scotland currently has over 20 hubs that support community-led climate action; two of these hubs are located in north east Scotland.
NESBiP knows that collaboration is necessary to maximise everyone’s limited resources and achieve the greatest outcomes. As a result, in 2024, NESBiP joined both of these regional community climate action hubs.

They believe in the power of collaboration and regularly engage with their members to exchange ideas and share best practices. By providing a supportive and informative environment, Moray CAN is helping to build a resilient and informed community capable of driving significant climate action.
